We are based in Brisbane and cover the entire South East Queensland region including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, and Toowoomba. For events further afield, please enquire.

Our packages range from day-of coordination to full-service planning including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, design, and on-site management. Every package includes a dedicated planner and unlimited consultations.

We welcome all budgets and tailor our services accordingly. During your free consultation, we'll discuss your vision and provide a transparent quote with no hidden fees. Minimum event spend applies for full-service packages.

Vendor Dependencies: We work with third-party vendors (caterers, venues, entertainers, etc.). Aura Events is not liable for vendor cancellations, performance failures, or breaches of contract beyond our reasonable control.
